They either have something on the judge they can use against him or they will offer him something or they will threaten him. But, he will definitely not remove the case from her office...and force another DA to start over.

I have a different take on the judge's demeanor and actions during Fani Willis's testimony. Keep in mind that there is no jury in this hearing. Judge McAfee is the sole finder of fact in this matter, a reality which totally negates Fani's race-baiting, victim-playing theater. Here's what I observed...

On several occasions where a judge would have routinely insisted on clarifying testimony for the benefit of a jury (of non-lawyers), Judge McAfee calmly told defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant to move along -- adding that a question was answered, or the answer was "noted" or "on the record." Answered to whose satisfaction? His. Noted by whom? The judge. On whose record? The judge's. As the sole finder of fact, Judge McAfee's judgment is all that matters.

Fani's peril in this case is a very low bar, and she has destroyed herself by her actions and her narcissistic diarrhea of the mouth. Lying to the court is fatal to an officer of the court, casting doubt on everything else she says or does in the performance of her duties. Fani Willis has lost the special trust and confidence granted by the court, and the judge cannot allow even the appearance of impropriety by the prosecution to taint his courtroom and the cases tried before him.

Fani thinks all youse whiteys tryin' to keep a strong black woman down is racist.

If Fani wanted to incite racism she did a good job wearing
that ugly pink dress which emphasized her middle-age bulges.
