Leftist judge Juan Manuel Merchan, who will oversee President Trump’s junk criminal case in New York City that is scheduled to start next month on March 25, made political contributions to a nonprofit fundraising platform for Democratic candidates and progressive groups.

This latest election interference case by the radical Democrats involves a payment Trump made to Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. Trump has pleaded not guilty to the charges brought by far left Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Merchan has been described as a lifelong Democrat and a bombshell discovery of his daughter’s LinkedIn account reveals his daughter is not just a Democrat but a Democrat who previously worked on Kamala Harris’ Presidential campaign.

Any ethical judge would recuse themselves in this case but this judge is so anti-Trump that he won't.

I am actually quite worried about this case. Being from this area, I’ve known how corrupt it is, but even I’m stunned with how corrupt they have been and will be. There is a good bet Trump will be found guilty, because the fix is in. Does anyone know what happens if they find him guilty? Can he be released awaiting appeal? The federal and Fulton County cases have imploded, so this is now the Dems best chance to jail Trump.
