Ever since the start of Donald Trump's civil trial in New York, the state's Attorney General Letitia James has often taken to social media to taunt, trash talk and spike the ball like some kid watching a sporting event. James hasn't even been trying to hide it, and yesterday she posted the amount of Trump's fine:

Other than SCOTUS the entire judiciary exists at the mercy of Congress. If we had a GOP with never and control of both branches, the GOP can reshape the federal judiciary as it saw fit. Just a pipe dream I know...

You're assuming that our political class and government want to stop it. They don't. I think what's going to happen is that sometime before the election they (the toadies employed by China in our government) are going to take down the power grid. Chaos will of course ensue. China will offer "assistance" with troops and equipment to get the grid going again. And our government will say "sure..." and they'll march in never leave.

There’s nothing that says they can’t. Smith et al have been cutting legal corners and recently the DC panel cut Trump off from the possibility of an En Banc hearing, something that was unheard of. But the Three Amigas on that “court” did it anyway.

We have been ruled for 70 years by the Judiciary. They can end it.
A good start would be to abolish the DC Circuit. It’s become the house organ of the Rat party: even Michael Mann went after Mark Steyn in this court, for the only reason that it’s the one court he knew he would win in.

It is heartbreaking to see the sneering democrats operate at will, knowing they will never, ever be made to answer for it. They will not allow Trump to regain the presidency. Quite possible. The recent AT&T nationwide cell phone outtage could have been a test-light for just such an event. But there are other possibilities. I keep having a nagging thought about Jericho and Designated Survivor... as an “October Surprise Event”. I put nothing past the Marxists currently in charge of our national demise.
