I will likely post an entire thread on why did Johnson invite Slow Joe to the People's House for propaganda speech when he should be either impeached or removed from office as mentally incompetent. The Senate could host the speech, because he is the president of the elites. The Speaker of the House ought not to have hosted this spectacle.
