I'll start it this afternoon (I might have watched it when it was originally released...don't remember. I'm a long-time subscriber to Dolan's channel).

This is the government manual for crash retrievals. If you compare this to the Brazilian government approach you will see it matches in every detail.

Imho this is very strong evidence that the manual is legit.
