No cadmium. It didn't take long to discover this fact from reading the article.

CIP’s statement confirmed that the “silicon-based panels contain no cadmium telluride and we have identified no risk to the local community or the environment.”If the responsible party can be taken at face value, especially an enviro-fascist company, then that's where we'll part ways, but my record is obviously much better than yours based on history.
