Only one problem. LBJ’s social engineering forced the destruction of the black family resulting in the majority of them being without trades or professions. Unless crime is a profession.
This will leave the Blackman at the bottom of the socio economic ladder forever.
Perhaps it's time for blacks to control their own futures rather than depending on the gov't. There is nothing to prevent blacks from investing in themselves and it starts with grades school and understanding that basic skills in the three R's are important. Also, the largest OJT institution in the US is the Military. Join up and let Uncle Sam pay you to learn a trade.
