My comment about military orders was in reference to that being what the CIC does, so if you do not think Trump is still the CIC, then my comment is inapplicable.
I was trying to be emphatic, but obviously got a bit carried away, with the apology.
I've now taken off my new reading glasses, which are distorting what I see, somewhat. Either I have to get used to them, or the news lenses aren't right. Not an excuse, per se, but does explain the first comment being sent to you, instead of the person intended. Which I just now realized.
