The whole pro-abortion argument is that a fetus isn’t a “legal person”. But in Indiana a fetus IS a legal person (given legal protections) and they STILL can be killed to satisfy somebody else’s religion.
IOW, the Indiana case leaves things wide open for ALL “legal persons” to be just as helpless as fetuses.
That’s where this is going.
