How hard is it to get a form? I can make forms easily with pdf software. Doesn’t registration require proof of citizenship along with the form?
Why make it easy for them? These are largely uneducated people. You think they have skills to counterfeit a form. I doubt most of them even know what a pdf is or how to make a form.

Not in many states. You just have to “honestly“ check a box that you are a citizen. I’m sure that everybody gets one chance to get caught and then say…… I didn’t understand I had to be a citizen. I don’t speak English. I didn’t understand it . ….. Most never even get caught.
