Here we go… House Democrats on Wednesday night voted unanimously to give illegal aliens – including Joe Biden’s 11 million illegal border crossers – representation in Congress and the Electoral College.
Democrats continue to put Americans and American workers in line behind alien invaders.
The House vote was 206 to 202 with 22 representatives 11 Democrats and 11 Republicans abstaining from the vote.
Steven Miller reported: “House Dems just voted UNANIMOUSLY to give illegals representation in Congress AND the Electoral College. House Seats and Electoral College votes WILL BE added to areas with the most illegals (including all Biden illegals) unless Senate passes the bill. Invasion by design.”

It’s unclear from the article but I’m sure it didn’t pass because they would have made passing the headline if it had done so.
I should imagine Article I, Section 2, as amended by the 14th Amendment, Section 2:
"Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed."
I.e. -- the "whole number" of "persons" in each state, not of "citizens" or even of "legal residents." I believe that would be the argument, constitutionally. That is to say, Congress has the discretion to define, by law, which "persons" are to be counted for purposes of apportionment, etc.

I just checked a few other sources, and the story does not exist in those, this includes Fox. If this were a huge story, Fox would have it. I checked CNN online in their headlines and political pages. If this were real, they’d be boasting it is bold faces large print.
Why do you believe this passed? I know you’re a big supporter of jefferies. But at least get your facts straight.

SCOTUS doesn’t weigh in until a case is brought to them.
The Constitution uses the term “persons” for apportionment.
This has already been litigated and the USSC has found that illegals count.
Therefore, this action in Congress is meaningless, more GOP suicide.
