Well, duh! According to the govna, there is no disaster. Mississippi and Alabama know how to utilize their bootstraps, but the quivering LA Gov is too paranoid a Democrat to declare an emergency IN THE BIGGEST TRAGEDY THEY'VE EVER HAD! And NOLA's mayor, the air-headed t-shirt model, also a Democrat, was too busy performing unspeakable acts with his "friends". Well, duh!
