Go to cnn.com to see the video of Penn requesting that. He also says that they need kayaks to get do more rescues. I do not know how they can get more than one person in a kayak. He has also asked for more civilians to go boating around there. I say let the professionals handle this for now.

The video is on the following cnn web page (4 paragraphs into the article). Penn pretty much said he was the only person doing rescues, and as no surprise, blamed the war. The guy with him, Douglas Brinkly(sp), claimed there are no airlifts going on??
