I like Gretchen better. Kiran is cute, but she interrupts people ALL THE TIME.

In fact, I seem to recall Doc Rosenfeld calling her on it once on a Sunday morning, on the air.

"I remember last year some time FNC put him on ice for awhile due to some sort of dispute. "

While embedded with troops in Iraq, he drew a picture in the sand showing cameras where they were. IOW, giving away their position to the enemy. He was persona non grata after that!

The three guys.....Brian, Doooooocy, and Kelly are great together. Get rid of the gal and I might watch more regularly.

I think you've put your finger on what bothers me.

ED was feminine, yet she was one of "the guys."

Gretchen may be a tomboy off camera, but, oncamera, she seems flighty, a bantamweight, in comparison with ED.

Maybe I'm being unfair to Gretchen, because I disliked seeing ED leave. Maybe I'm too old to tolerate so much change in
1. the personnel on my TV programs and
2. in the layout of my supermarkets.

Interesting observation.

She's a presstitute. She works for money and CNN offered her more of it.

Unlike those of us who work for peanuts and other legumes.

Is FNC Letting Kiran Go? Letter Says Agent Treated Net With "Arrogant Disregard"
First on TVNewser: We may not see Kiran Chetry on Fox News Channel anymore.

The news update and weekend anchor was in the middle of contract negotiations with the net, but they are no longer interested in matching any other offer she receives, according to a letter sent to her agent this afternoon.

In the letter, legal VP Dianne Brandi says "Chetry is free to leave Fox News prior to March 6 (the natural expiration of the agreement) with no further compensation."

Why? Because, according to the letter, Chetry's agent has "treated Fox News with such arrogant disregard that we do not desire to do any further business with you."

It concludes: "We had hoped that Ms. Chetry would have a bright future with the Fox News Channel, however this negotiation has now become more trouble than it is worth."

A sleazy, oily, two-faced news whore who always looks like he needs a bath.

You forgot staging incoming fire to make it look like he's close to the action. And, the book he put out a few years ago where he claimed to have skoinked everybody from Margret Thatcher to Babs Streisand......Geraldo is a putz if there ever was one......

wonder if chris knowles will stay on as weatherman on Fox, since he's her husband.

I like him.  Lately, I haven't liked her attitude much.  I wondered where she went.  Well, I doubt if I will miss her, but I do hope Fox keeps Chris!!!

I agree, I like Kiran. I still wonder every morning why she is not sitting in Gretchen's chair. Her warm personality was perfect for that spot. This is sad news.

FNN should have given her the morning gig instead of Gretchen. Chetry seemed very knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to voice her opinion.

I want to have E.D.'s baby.

Two simple questions here...

a) Which one?

b) What would you do with it once you got it?

Gretchen is just no fun.

It kind of confirms what I suspect about Miss Americas and pageant-junkies. They don't have much interesting to say beyond the script.

well I guess we'll no longer be treated to the Laura Croft\Tomb raider costumes on Halloween-darn.

That was the first thing that ran through my mind too... :-(

You get that many "reporterettes" working in the same place, no wonder they all think they're #1.

Cat fight!

You should give Greta a chance--she's actually very good. She has gotten a personality since she joined Fox News.

Dog-gone-it...I despise supermarket layout changes.....

They, at a minimum, could provide a map of product locations... The HEB near me has been moving gondolas and product locations for months...and we shoppers (operators of shopping vehicles) are so disoriented that we are always looking up at signs that still direct us to products that are no longer on the posted isle. This creates enough distraction and aggrivation that we run our carts into the heals of other shoppers....

GRIN.....

Is there a class action injury attorney listening? GRIN..just kidding!
