science, intentional ignorance of the work of an entire academy of scholars and researchers that has applicability to the area in which you are involved, is evidence of either incompetence or a lack of ethical behavior Working scientists follow paths that lead somewhere.

Working scientists follow paths that lead somewhere. Then why are they continually "shocked', "stunned", "surprised" and other words indicating unexpected findings and why are none of their theories capable of making accurate predictions? The Electric Universe cosmologists are racking up more and more accurate predictions... especially in the area of cometary observations.

(We can fix this, but you're gonna need a butter knife, a roll of duct tape, and a car battery.)

Working scientists follow paths that lead somewhere. Where, to the next funding or grant trough? Mostly kidding.
JMO, but working scientists need to clean the deadwood out of the system that seems to have stymied progress; at least here in the US. Were you aware that probably amongst others, the NSF often insists, as a condition of funding, that foreign "partners" be invited in to play? American ingenuity being shared and in some cases co-opted by furriners. How cool is that?
