Whatever-could-it-be?-ping. I don't think it is a crater. It looks like it might be a circular redoubt - a fort. There appears to be a trapezoidal foundation in the circle and several other circular foundation remnants as well as what appear to be other wall foundations. Maybe it's what's left of Camelot. They should look around and see if there is any antique camel dung...
