Debunk? How much of NASA's budget (like many scientists) depends on researching global warming. If it isn't there or if they even hint at contrary data then the budget will be cut. The money must flow.

Hey look, if someone gives you a $500,000 grant to research something called “global warming” You’d better by God to find them some global warming. Otherwise you’ll never see another $500,000 grant.

NASA is not a single entity. Hansen’s GISS may be wholly corrupt, but other areas of the agency are less politicized and more focused on the pursuit of scientific truth. The question is whether the scientists will have the courage to jump into the fray. The evidence against AGW theory is mounting. Evidence favoring the theory is limited to anecdotes, unproven (and faulty) computer simulations, and outright deception.
