You don’t have to believe in evolution to comprehend that Elaine Morgan is probably right in thinking that humans originally lived in water. ASSUMING that to be the case, you’d have to assume the original human diet would have been some combination of shellfish and fruit.

Leaving Africa, early humans ate some bad clams and turned white. Some humans still carry the gene that seels the bad clam taste. How else to explain Clamoto?

Paleontologists and evolutionary biologists think that Morgan's ideas are both unsupported and silly, and generally ignore them.
