The way I see it, it should be a warm winter. When people get hot, they turn on a fan, which makes wind that cools them down. Therefore, if the solar wind is slowing down, it makes sense that the earth will get warmer because of the loss of the "solar wind chill" factor. Thus, warm winter. I will be happy to study this if my grant application for 150 million is approved.
