Just doin’ muh job...
If this rain keeps up we’ll be able to have cranberry bogs right here in Kansas City! We got Jackson situated in the basement about 10:00, food, water, bed, litterbox-everything set. I made the mistake of looking out the front door about 10:30 to check on the rain, and dang if the little kitten wasn’t back on the porch, screaming his/her head off.
He/she got thrown in the downstairs bathroom with food, water, a couple of bath towels for a bed, and a litter box made out of a kitty litter box with the side cut out and the lid taped shut. I’m going to get in touch with #2 manager this morning and get the kitten back home, and help the #2 manager figure out how to keep the dang kitten in the apartment.
Annie and Gypsy are being troopers about the whole situation, but this kitten will just not stop howling!!!
So my brother is deploying to Iraq in September. He’s coming to visit today for ten days before he leaves for his pre-deployment training... should be a paper pusher in Baghdad...
