Glenn Beck Calls Caller Anti-American
Heard on Beck show | Nov. 6, 2008 | RetSigman

Posted on 11/06/2008 9:30:18 AM PST by RetSignman

Glenn Beck this morning has been telling all his listeners that everyone should be acknowledging that obama is president to, only to himself, but to everyone.

One caller came on and expressed his concern for the obama presidency and was having a hard time calling obama as his president.

Beck jumped all over him, calling him ant-American. I immediately turned off his show and never will listen to his crap again.

Beck is obviously worried about being kept on the air after the 'Fairness Doctrine' gets reenacted.

Just so ya' know.

That Glenn Beck is mentally disturbed certainly isn't a revelation.

"everyone should be acknowledging that obama is president to, only to himself, but to everyone."

Everyone? Beck needs to sport an "Barack Obama is MY President" T-shirt. But he's all talk, as usual.

Sorry Beck, but Obama will not be my President. I will not respect a Communist/Socialist that bought the Presidency.

Beck ALSO said he would fight Obama when Obama was wrong and support him IF he was right. I agree with him. Isn’t that what we would like to see Dems/Libs do when our guy is President? Aren’t we po’d when Dems don’t get behind President Bush when he is doing the right thing? I can’t stand Obama. I think he will do great harm to our country. But if he does something right when he becomes President, I will support him in that. Don’t you think that the 40 Republican Senators are going to do exactly that ~ support any Obama policies that are reasonable and fight like hell on the ones he is wrong on? Granted, that may be most of the time....

I’m going to treat this Marxist scum just the same way the Marxist scums treated President Bush. I will NEVER accept him as president! I will treat any piece of filth that supported the piece of filth 0, just as they should be. With CONTEMPT, REVULSION, and DISGUST!!!!

Sadly I think Obama will be a disaster but I hardly think Glenn Beck needs to be turned off for reminding people that Obama indeed will be the only president we have. That’s how it works.

I for one welcome our insect overlords.

Beck's principles have always been "let's get along with the other side" and "Republicans are just as bad as Democrats" mantra. Ever since 9/11 he keeps the belief that Islam is really a religion of peace.

There's a reason why Quinn & Rose refuse to have anything to do with him when he visits Pittsburgh.

And there is nothing more annoying when he goes into his "I know all about our founding fathers" and "I used to be an alcoholic" crap? Hope he has a great time on FOX, CNN Lite. He deserves no better.

Did I mention he used be an alcoholic?

Glenn Beck and I got into a disagreement on his program here in Tampa once over Elian Gonzolez going back to Cuba. He hung up on me, no, he slammed the phone on me.

I don’t have much respect for him and if I listened to his tv show, I’d probably slit my wrists. He is so depressing and such a drama queen.

Exactly. Glenn is selling out for his own best interests. I shut him off this morning too. I guess its OK for Glenn to look out for what's best for him, just Un-American for the rest of us to do it. Traitor sell outs like Glenn should sit-down and shut up.

kinda reminds me of the “Sore Loserman” posters going around back when the election didn’t go the way the dems wanted it to go.

we can’t be fair weather Americans - supporting the system only when it goes the way we t hink it ought. REAL americans support our country, our constitution and our DULY ELECTED leaders.

else we cease to function

Ditto. He’s a bit like Savage - somewhere between manic-depressive, schizophrenic, and multiple personality.

One can never predict with either one of them...

Not to mention knowing when Beck is serious vs. putting it on (witness the day or two when he was telling callers it wasn’t JFK jr that died in a plane crash, it was John Denver - John John was alive and well).

You hit the nail on the head; I think you are expressing what Beck was saying. Hold this guys feet to the fire, but don’t wish for terrible things to come about so we can say “See we told ya so, our candidate is better” We complained of the dems. hoping for bad things to happen to America, in order to promote their agenda. It is our civic responsibility to pray that Obama will break his word and govern for the good of the country (I doubt he will, but we must give him the opportunity).

I’m committed to giving President-elect B. Hussein Obama the same amount of respect that the liberals gave George Bush for 8 years, while he was working to keep them safe enough to slander him. I’m also committed to giving President-elect B. Hussein Obama the same support the Democrats gave George Bush for 8 years, back-stabbing him and undermining every move he made. That’s my committment as a free (at lest at this point) American.

I just waited for RUSH and will then wait for Sean Hannity, then Laura Ingram.

So you have no problem with Hannity wishing Obama good luck and much success as he did yesterday? Hannity sounded pretty respectful to me. Some may have seen it as ass kissing. All Beck was saying is in essence, was to show respect. Something the left has never done. Whether we like it or not, he is going to be the president. If you want to stoop to the low level of the left, then go ahead. I will be happy to give you a hand out of the sewer once your head clears.
