I sure wish I knew what he was *really* saying. It’s got me interested now. It’s obviously from some movie. Now I’ll have to find out what movie... LOL...

But, from a book I was reading recently, it was said that Hitler had this outbursts and then walked away, laughing about it (with others), as if he was doing so for “show” and to impress upon others what he was trying to get across.

It's not an old movie - it's a recent German film, "Der Untergang". And it's actually a really good dramatic portrait of the last days of the Reich.

Hitler wanted to be an actor. He would practice his speeches in front of a mirror, down to the last hand gesture. He knew how to get his audience enthralled and into his character. I heard Obama practiced his campaign speeches in front of a mirror as well.
