Cool, Mother Nature made a drain hole to compensate for the rising oceans caused by the melting icebergs caused by global warming which was caused by evil SUVs.

Cool. I just printed these pics for my class. We’re studying plate tectonics, seismic activity, etc. It gave me an opportunity to explain and illustrate with these pictures the fact that most of the “global warming” on the planet is due to a natural phenomenon: underwater volcanic activity, especially prevalent in the Pacific “ring of fire”. Robert Felix has been a proponent of the theory of excessive underwater volcanic activity which is the source, to a great extent, of the rising temps. of the oceans.

Thank you for presenting me with this teachable moment and another opportunity to demonstrate the truth to my high school students!

Plus, they’re really cool visuals. The kids were impressed. One mentioned the first one looked like a giant fist.

Last night I watched a “How The Earth Was Made” special on Krakatoa...this reminds me of it!

I think it likely that this eruption will toss more CO2 into the air than the whole US does. But it’s “natural” so nobody will care.
