I had a friend who kept venemous snakes, and the occaisional strike came from carelessness more than stupidity. When you’ve milked a snake a whole bunch of times, you get careless.
I did say “as a rule” in my previous post ;-). People working with venomous snakes professionally are taking a calculated risk. They might not always be as cautious as possible, but that’s different from “Hold my beer and watch this!”
Wouldn’t you have to have really small fingers for their tiny little udders???
