Oh, you mean the "well-toned arms?" Sorry, it escapes me why she emphasizes these...I'd cover 'em up.
They are so out of proportion it’s almost laughable.
Look at her forearms.
I used to do quite a bit of weight-training (mainly free weights).
We could always tell the “spa guys.” They’d have defined shoulders and upper arms, but their forearms were like noodles because they only ever trained on machines.
That’s what her arms look like. You can tell she did some side lat raises on a machine of some sort to get a bit of curve on her shoulders. But you can only see that curve from the full frontal position, which means only one type of exercise JUST to develop that little bump on the outside of her shoulders.
If she were in shape, the front and back heads of the delts would be in proportion and her forearms would look like something other than skin draped over bone.
