Could the shifting wall of the oil cavern ...

There is no cavern. The oil and gas is in sedimentary rock. Does the author also worry about Guam tipping over?

I think they are going to have the new CAP in place sooner than expected.

The new CAP is now sitting on the bottom while they attach the hoses to it.

The old CAP has completely lost any seal it had, and it appears to be leaking about as much as it was when the CAP was off. The CAP has been bouncing around for at least two days.

If it brings hits to his website (and more chances to push his wares) then yeah, he does.

And if it's convenient, he'll also believe in:

Neo-Aztec Space Nazis living in a secret colony on the far side of the moon
The Fountain of Youth located in Detroit (with the gov't. conspiracy to turn the whole city into a sh*thole to hide it)
Colloidal Silver will cure almost everything - along with a convenient link to buy some on his website
You get the idea.
