Obozo sez “we’ve been there before.”

He should go there... just to make sure!

http://milesmathis.com/tide.html

The solar tide on the Moon should be 171 times smaller than the terrestrial effect. More importantly, the visible tide on the Moon should be symmetrical front and back. Is this what we find? Not at all. The Moon rotates relative to the Sun, so we would not expect to find a solar effect on the Moon, beyond a tiny constant shift in the crust opposite the direction of this rotation. The rotation of the Moon on its axis relative to the Sun does not cause a further tide from the Sun, or add to the tidal effect, but it acts to shift the tides we have already calculated, just as the rotation of the Earth shifts the ocean tides, causing them to travel.

If we use water on the moon, it’s not like it’s going anywhere. It will still be there when we are done with it.

English would do just fine there.

Anyway, remember of the primary arguments against a lunar base? What good will it do, there’s nothing there anyway.
Now we’re finding all kinds of elements.

IMAGINE if Nixon hadn’t slashed Apollo, and a subsequent moonshot might have discovered this, after all we did bring rocks back.

We had a commanding lead in space exploration.

Now, in the eloquent words of the President, “....we’ve already been there”.

This news just made me sad. Shortsightedness by Nixon and the Democrats robbed us.

The mini-SAR radar of Chandrayaan-1 as well as LRO has detected what appear to be relatively pure water ice sheets at least two meters thick.

Depends on how well the Authority extracts the moisture from the hydroponically-grown wheat that Luna ships to Earth.

Well, yes, that is one caveat—any water that is shipped off the moon will be lost, but keep in mind, we will probably be bringing in more than we take. People coming to work on the moon won’t need to take any home if they return to earth, but they will probably bring some with them, in the form of bodily fluids, food and bottled water. The only ones taking water will be missions to Mars that leave from the Moon. I think the Moon gains water in that equation.

Front sight looks a little high, will most likely cause him to drop too low, otherwise, looks like a good nasa launch platform.

The next faked moon landing will have to be filmed at a Beverly Hills swimming pool.
