My post office says all I have to do with unwanted mail is mark it “REFUSED” and stick it back in the mailbox.

Think I’ll get a rubber stamp.

Yes that is true, but depending on what amount of postage or what type of fwding endorsement is attached to the envelope, returning it to your mailman will more than likely result in it hitting file 13.

I usually fill the return-post envelope with all the paper it can hold and then send it back. If I could get bricks in it, I'd do it...especially to AARP!
