Has anyone, who usually can't, seen the northern lights these past few nights b/c of the solar storms?

About 2 AM on the 18th the auroral oval plot at http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/pmap/index.html really lit up, and I was hoping that there might have been a visible aurora in Southern New England, however it was overcast so no luck.

That was the best recent opportunity that I've seen... (I last saw one, a particularly brilliant, vibrant one, in about 1976 or 1977 - been hoping for another one since then, but it hasn't happened.)
