He's saying that those climate summits (coincidentally in places that have beeches, nice restaurants, high culture venues, fine accommodations, a vivid social night life) shouldn't be paid for by tax money! Now that's taking it a bit far don't you think? You know, it costs a lot of money to fly in an armored limousine from overseas to these summits to talk about how to reduce our CO2 footprint. You can't be cutting money on that, we have important stuff to discuss, like when the next summit will be and how the “proletariat” should live their life!
