The Moon has always had volcanoes. All the dark patches on the near side are all from magma flows.
AFAIK the one found isn’t active, and likely hasnt been so for eons.
And the Youtube video isnt showing me anything that couldn’t be explained as just a eye trick due to Earth’s atmosphere distorting light from the Moon.
