The gravity on mars is about 38% of what it is on earth. A 200 lb man would weigh about 76 lbs on mars. That’s more than enough for a flow of fluid

Yes, of course, it has mass, therefore it has gravity. Mars has a bit over one third of Earth's gravity.

Aye, any mass has gravity- .38 times your weight equals your weight on Mars. Very interesting, now to get a water sample... thats going to be a long time coming.

Mars has gravity, and water (at least in the form of ice). It's just damn cold and with very little atmosphere.
