It was a successfully creepy, scary, movie. Much better for showing on a Halloween night than some ordinary slasher film.

This movie, despite being a paycheck flick for Cage, is not as bad as most say. It was full of location shot bloopers (it's hard to make Australia look like Massachusetts.)

I was suprised at the ending. It was actually rather uplifting.
