I think the problem is ratings. I read a couple months ago that Savage is suffering from rapidly declining ratings. You will find that the radio business is brutal and sliding ratings will get you thrown off the air fast. Ad dollars trump everything.
He’s the #2 show for number of listeners online though. The number 1 is Rush.
