I clicked on Real Time With Bill Maher on Xfinity and, wow, Herman Cain is fronting for Romney BIG TIME!

I'm disappointed.

Tax reform needs to be a transformation of the whole system to a sales tax, instead of the corrupt income tax.

I prefer Perry's 20% to a sales tax or 999.

Almost everything is taxed! Everything is going up...the tax goes up...making everything go up more.

Maybe Cain was indeed sucking up to Romney. And maybe Perry is staying in the race, syphoning off some of the anti Romney vote because he cut a deal with Mitt. After all, the guy endorsed Rudy in 2008.

Santorum endorsed Arlen Spectre against a conservative for the senate! Cain supported Romney in 2008. Perry endorsed Rudy over McCain and Romney.. If you think Perry is helping Romney, I'm not surprised you believed Cain.

Cool. Let's make this argument personal...and inaccurate. I clearly indicated that I was agnostic on both scenarios. What part of "maybe", which is the word I used to describe both the Cain and Perry scenarios don't you understand?

Anyway, beyond your nonsensical response, the simple point remains. Perry, made an early endorsement of Rudy in 2007. Rudy wasn't a conservative. Rudy was pro-abortion. However, Perry did have business ties to Rudy. Both were clients in the same small PR firm.

Such a person Perry, I can now see dealing with Romney to stay in the race.

Face it.

Both the Cain suck-up-to-Romney scenario (which you brought up) and the Perry stay-in-the-race-to-help-Romney scenario could be true.

Personally (since you were the one to first do that)...

I offer both scenarios as possibly being true. The evidence is certainly there.

You, as a Perry-bot, definitively decide that it is true for Cain and not true for Perry.

BTW, I just watched the interview on Youtube, and the title of this thread, and your comment are wrong.

“Everybody who jumped on the Cain train should be embarrassed for falling for what an opportunist was dishing out...and helping finance a book tour if you gave him money.”

You’re absolutely right. During and after Cainmania, the only person who was hurt was Governor Perry. Cain’s camp implied it was Perry who leaked about the thirteen year, paid relationship that Cain enjoyed.
