This kinda proves what I thought about Cain all along and was castigated for.
Cain was the leader of the move to discredit Rick Perry and drive him out of the race. He dissed him constantly and the Cain devotees here on Free Republic followed suit.
They would join together on come on Perry threads to disrupt. I always thought it was because of Cain.
I thought Cain's goal was to help Mitt by hurting Perry.
About the FReepers who followed Perry threads to disrupt, always claiming to support the latest group think candidate...
I'm beginning to think that some of those who were most vicious were really RON PAUL voters.
They couldn't openly support the candidate of their choice but they could trash whoever the group was trashing...and "win friends and influence poeple."
Too bad they helped run a lot of good, old time FReepers away and I think damaged FR in ways that will become more apparent in time. The current FReepathon reflects that a lot of people left and took their money with them.
