I understand your perspective, but you know that is not what I meant.
Have you ever been to Presidio TX? I have been in a hardware store there and watched conversations go from Spanish to German to English as if it was normal. (Local Menonite population in Ojinaga, Mexico) They are good people.
There is no reason to offer education in multiple languages. That is a mistake.
All non-English speakers are not subversive. The problem is those with divided loyalties.
There were Tejanos in Texas at the time of the Revolution, that fought at both the Alamo and San Jacinto. FACT. They were not like the La Raza (racist scum) today. La Raza would not have been tolerated then, with their Atzalon BS.
And some of my ancestors were born in TX during the Republic of Texas. My family has owned/lived one/farmed land in this county since 1889.
I appreciate your reply. I got a little heated as my grandparents immigrated from Italy and were proud to learn English. They spoke some Italian at home but only English outside the home.
And no, I have never been to Presidio. I love Texas though and would love to. And I love Germans. LOVE Germans. Awesome people.
