There are parts of the world that plate tectonics has a hard time explaining, such as the Rocky Mountains. But subduction zones are about as clear-cut as they come. You can plot earthquakes and graphically see the plates descending into the mantle, as I posted on 5.

And hot spots also show clear evidence of plate movement. Plates clearly move across the surface of the Earth. This theory is rank idiocy that ignores solid evidence.
