Now we need one to explain the difference between the two words “loose” and “lose.”

Don't get me started! :^)

As a bonus, they should have included the word “tew”, which means to soften leather by beating it.

I did not know that.

“Height” ends with a “T” sound...not “th”.

Sherbet is not pronounced Sherbert.

Mrs. dweller hates those. I say them once in awhile to needle her!

Of coarse I aced it.
It was a fare test.
Wear people get confused is their is a sentence that you can use chose or choose and know one will no or have an idea if you are correct or knot.

Example
“I chose or choose the other method”

Like the comma is your friend
The judge said the lawyer is an idiot.
The judge, said the lawyer, is an idiot.

The teacher told the class that is was almost impossible to correctly use the word beautiful in a sentence....

Little Johnny (YES, that Johnny) jumped up and said

“Wrong teach, Wrong.
Last night my 15 year old sister came home and said she was pregnant”.
My dad replied “Beautiful, just f’n Beautiful”

use the word beautiful in a sentence....

= = = = = = = = = =
Oh well, idiot me left the word TWICE out so the response is completely useless..

The teacher said it was almost impossible to use the word beautiful TWICE in one sentence..

Little Johnny jumped up and said.

“Wrong Teach, Last night my 15 year old sister came home and said she was pregnant”
My Dad said
“Beautiful, just f’n Beautiful”.

It might be. I know many things, but I am not a language scholar.

I guess you didn’t read the thread. That pronounciation
(real-a-tor) is a pet peeve of mine.
