Some Friend of Obama/Hillary probably has already staked his claim on exclusive rights to used cars in Cuba. Amazingly, even as a flaming Leftist, he still will probably exercise the old capitalist/Wall Street mantra, "Buy low, Sell high!"

"Si, Senor, I will pay you $200, US gringo dollars, for your '57 Chevy Bel Air, and I will pay your amigo $175 for his '56 Ford Crown Victoria!" Actually, all sales will probably have to be threough the Cuban Government approved Used Car Auction, Raul Castro Motors.
