Nasa only observed this within the last 36 hours, so their confidence in their own predictions of the several pieces of it are only 50/50.
It might be of concern to everyone.

Let's back up a little: asteroid about to strike the Earth in a number of hours determined by NASA issuing some sort of a release. What form should my "concern" take?
