Exactly... How much of “science” (greek: Knowledge), historically, has been proven wrong?

I have to laugh at those who claim to know what the “best science” is, considering.

Quite possibly nearly 100%. Including what we thought we knew about electronics, and yet, you now have a keyboard and the internet to spout off. That because the search for the truth (often called science) discards the old as new evidence is found.
