An even broader issue is that with each demonstration that Obama can do whatever he wants without consequences - guns to Mexican narco terrorists, EPA rules, IRS targeting, arming Al Queda, etc. - Obama moves closer to becoming a dictator with a facade of a democracy, like Hugo Chavez was. The day may come when Obama simply declares Congress in recess, since he already assumed that power with his definition of recess appointments, and rules without even the pretense of democracy - who is going to stop him

Yeah, Obama will declare that Congress exists for ceremonial purposes and that his executive powers force him to take action to protect public heath (now that he controls our health care which touches every aspect of society) and save the planet from global warming trumps any and all laws.
