ASHVILLE — Rapper and reality TV star Nelly is facing felony drug charges after being arrested in Tennessee on Saturday.
Tennessee Highway Patrol said .. the bus he was riding in failed to display a U.S. Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Association sticker.
According to the release troopers smelled marijuana ..
When troopers searched the bus, they found five rocks that tested positive for meth, ...
.. numerous handguns.

seems like a petty offense for the pullover,, probably get charges dismissed after he does a concert or such..Commercial vehicles which don't display the tax tag are required to have a valid tax permit to operate in the state; so yes, pretty petty, but also likely a good sized revenue generator for quite a few transit states.
