Ted Cruz? He’s the one who comes closest. But Trump thusfar seems to be the only one saying America needs to build a real border fence/wall for the entire border.

Rick Perry has said that. Cruz for sure. Santorum for sure. I think even Jeb has said secure the border. Walker I believe. And certainly hundreds of members of Congress who are not running.
Not sure about Huckabee,Not sure about Rubio on this, but I think he’s at least right on the border issue.
