I seldom listen to Glenn Beck anymore. When I do it's while driving between places. I'll turn him on and invariably, he'll be selling gold, emergency food rations, (I guess he's never heard of bottled water and canned food) or inside joking with his cohorts.
Occasionally, his dry drunk surfaces like it did yesterday, when out of the blue, he calls Sarah Palin, "A Clown" because of the speech she gave at the Iran Nuclear rally and that she supports Trump. Then today, he increased his rhetoric on Trump referring to his speech at the Iran Nuclear rally a "Clown Show," then hurling his usual list of insults at the man, calling him sexist, narcissistic, a bully, an egomaniac and of course, the proverbial insult "A Progressive."
Does anyone listen to this guy anymore? Who are his advertisers? I think the man is mentally ill, and quite possibly heading for some kind of breakdown. It was that bad yesterday and again today.

I don’t have to quit watching the clown. I never did. I knew he was an idiot.
I don’t care at all for Glenn Beck, but I called Sarah Palin a clown after I saw her at CPAC 2013. Those were my exact words and I had supported her in 2008. But then, the Tea Party Patriots don’t bear close scrutiny, either — what a self-serving, self-enriching bunch that is!

In yesterdays thread there were posts stating that Beck most likely has some health issues. I agree with that assessment. There is something wrong with the boy.
That goes double for me.
Of course. But it begs the question ... with whom? I mean the Left has never listened to him and this sure isn’t going to encourage the Right to listen. There is no middle.

Now he’s making noises about getting out of the political business because nothing is going to change via his influence and efforts to galvanize his listeners for his political causes. He was also upset that CNN cut out the heart of an interview he did for the cable news network. Who goes on CNN as anyone but a radical and expects to be respected in any way? He’s probably having another break down. You call it “dry drunk” episodes. I think he’s manic depressive.
I think this business is not good for Mr. Beck. Looking at world through a political lens every day requires a strong constitution and he does not have that.
Beck only apologized today for calling Palin a clown. Beck is apparently not apologizing for the I’m embarrassed to ever have supported her remark.
