I think the one that flattened all that area in Siberia in 1908 was 40m.

Depends if it is stony, stony/iron or iron. The meteor that hit outside Winslow AZ produced a crater nearly 3/4 of a mile wide and the meteor itself was probably made of iron and around 50m in diameter.

Poor Chelyabinsk in Siberia got hit a while ago by a much smaller meteor that exploded near by. Lots of damage.

Barringer Crater was formed by an impactor estimated to be about 50 meters in diameter. A 30 meter impactor could produce a blast equivalent to around a 10 megaton yield nuclear weapon.
