Despite over 100 agents on the case, many doubt that the FBI is serious about working to bring Hillary Clinton to justice. I made an attempt to assist them. But first, some background.

Hillary's statements were a complete fabrication. If she didn't want to think about it, State would have set up a normal, secure server. She would not have had to think about hiring and paying her own IT specialist.
Here is some private footage I have from a Spago luncheon fundraiser in 2000. She is seated between Peter Paul and Spider Man Stan Lee. In a candid moment she talks about her fear of emails being investigated.
Several months ago, I provided the clip to the House investigators with whom I had spoken on the phone. What use they made of it I do not know.
After hearing the news that Hillary's IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, was being given immunity and answering questions from the FBI, I wanted to make sure that the FBI also had the same information. Perhaps it would help them ask some questions about Hillary's motivation to set up the secret server.
Last Friday I phoned the FBI field office in Los Angeles and explained what I had. A woman, who was not an agent, suggested I come in to the office with the evidence. When I explained that I could give them a link to it on YouTube, the woman was not pleased. "You put it on YouTube? Have a nice day." CLICK
A similar call was made yesterday to the field office in Riverside. The response I got from the phone answerer was that he would pass it on and an agent would get back to me if they were interested.
We may never know if the clip has relevance or matters to anyone investigating the serious crimes by Hillary. It did seem, however, that it would be something important to see in order to frame the questioning of Pagliano.
It is clear to many of us, who have even looked casually at the Clinton Crime Family, what Hillary has done in a very calculated way. She set up the secret server to be able to control information and destroy information as necessary. FOIA requests have never been the friend of "the most transparent candidate in history."
They are good at murdering patriots, but not much else.
Obama can pardon everyone, including himself, before he leaves. He does not have to make a deal with Trump. He actually may have already made one with Biden.
I understand your point. Mine was that it could have had some impact on what to ask Pagliano.
Then it all depends on the FBI director and what Obama has on him. Just don’t think this is over quite yet. Obama can keep her quiet by giving her an ironclad guarantee for a Thanksgiving or Christmas pardon.
It all comes down to the election.
If she loses, she has to bribe the Chicago Mob for a pardon.
If she wins, she can save the money and pardon herself.
No, that's the law clerk's job. The justice is or can be mostly an actor. Tell the clerk what outcome you want, then take a break.
It was in 2000 so it was not relevant to the on-going investigation. It probably has more value to let it out to the media (if they dared broadcast it) so the public can see how her mind works.
Now a smart prosecutor could use it as background at trial as it goes to intent. But I’m sure there would be a challenge to that to stop it from being admitted into the record
I trust her. I trust the words coming out of her mouth will all be lies. I trust that she will never put the interests of the American people first. I trust that she will work to repay in favors all of the foreign contributions to her foundation and her campaign.
I find her to be completely reliable and trustworthy.
In my opinion, I believe the FBI has far more egregious current evidence against her than your video from 15 years ago.
Olease.. I am NOT attempting to diminish the validity or importance of it, but rather compare some VERY damning evidence of actual wrongdoing to her statement which could be refuted as nothing more than her opinion at the time.
The fact that the FBI is giving Bryan Pagliano immunity and now I understand is flying a hacker from Europe back to the U.S. who may have hacked Sid Blumenthal's emails to Hillary tells me they have LOTS of damning evidence and are building a solid case.
I believe the FBI, by May, will recommend an indictment. The REAL question will be "WHAT will Obozo's DOJ DO" in terms of follow through and prosecution.

They aren’t interested in prosecuting her because they weren’t told to do so by the Big Boss.
This is only a small piece that I hope would helpful in questioning Pagliano. I hope he will testify to intent about setting up the server for secrecy and hiding or being able to delete info from prying eyes.
ABC news put it briefly on its website and took it down because they did not get permission to use it. Some people know about it.
If so, that alone is considered a form of espionage.
