Oh for crying out loud. I could pull a random paragraph from the Communist Manifetso that would, out of context, appear to be completely harmless.

There is nothing in that paragraph that seems wrong. However the context includes:

*NAFTA on Steroids with more American jobs bleeding south.
*Comprehensive Immigration Control
*The virtual elimination of our northern and southern borders, similar to the EU.

She's calling for an independent, autonomous board to oversee the economic integration. Just like the Fed is independent and WTO is independent and the IMF is independent. They just call the shots and the rest of us pay the price.
