I think we need to install genital recognition scanners in public bathrooms.
What about private bathrooms?? The statistical majority of CSA happens with family members.

We have laws against CSA. Child molesters get killed in prison. And it hasn’t stopped them. So back to the questions;

Laws were never meant to prevent crime in a free country. That’s silly liberal thinking.
It’s the same type of thinking that says it’s possible to stop shootings by outlawing guns, or to eliminate race-based crime by passing hate-crime laws.
The best you can hope for as far as prevention goes is to deter a potential criminal.
What laws are really all about in a free country is providing guidelines on what types of punishment are appropriate for different types of crime.
In this case, the NC law was actually a response to a Charlotte city ordinance allowing men into women’s rooms. It is a law that was made to supersede a lower law, not to prevent any crime from happening.

Should we completely strip any sex designation from all restrooms? What’s the point of dividing them up if we let whoever wants to go into whatever restroom to just do it?
Let’s just replace “Men” and “Women” plaques with pictures of toilets.
